In Somatic Coaching, we let the body lead.
Rather than staying in the stories of the mind, we listen more deeply — to the language of the body, to sensation, breath, and the subtle rhythms of your nervous system.

It holds patterns shaped by trauma, stress, and survival. Through a trauma-informed, body-first approach, we work gently to:

  • access and release subconscious narratives stored in the fascia

  • unwind unprocessed emotions and somatic imprints

  • cultivate embodied presence and somatic awareness

What to Expect in a 1:1 In-Person TVM™ Session

Each session begins with a brief check-in and somatic attunement — a chance to land in your body and be fully met where you are.

We may begin with guided breath, subtle movement, or grounding practices to prepare the body for deeper rest and release. From there, I offer gentle, respectful hands-on touch to invite your nervous system into a parasympathetic (rest-and-restore) state.

Sessions may include:

  • breath and grounding techniques

  • stimulation of vagal pathways through safe, informed touch

  • somatic co-regulation through presence and resonance

  • soft sound healing (if in-person) to support integration

Each experience is highly personalized and unfolds at your pace. Somatic coaching is not prescriptive; it’s relational. Together, we follow what your body is ready for — moment to moment.

TVM™ is a powerful, body-based method that helps rewire the nervous system through touch, presence, and somatic co-regulation.
It works by stimulating all three branches of the vagus nerve — those responsible for freeze, fight/flight, and social engagement — allowing your system to naturally release held tension and recalibrate.
