A Typical Retreat Day (Example Schedule)
Our days follow a gentle and flexible rhythm, guided by nature, weather and the energy of the group.
08:30 – Morning Yoga
Grounding or energizing practice to arrive in the day10:00 – Nourishing Brunch
Fresh, lovingly prepared food to start the day slowly11:30 – Mindful Hike / Nature Excursion
Exploring La Palma’s lush landscapes, forests, canyons or ocean paths16:00 – Free Time / Rest
Time to relax, journal, swim, or simply be18:00 – Evening Practice (every second evening)
Gentle yoga, meditation or sound healing19:30 – Dinner
Some days may include sound healing sessions, while one full day is dedicated to rest and integration.
