A gentle pause from the pace of everyday life. This Yoga & Hiking Retreat invites you to slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself - through guided hikes, yoga, soundhealing, moments of stillness and time to simply be.

Reconnect with your body and mind as you escape the noise of everyday life.

A Typical Retreat Day (Example Schedule)

Our days follow a gentle and flexible rhythm, guided by nature, weather and the energy of the group.

  • 08:30 – Morning Yoga
    Grounding or energizing practice to arrive in the day

  • 10:00 – Nourishing Brunch
    Fresh, lovingly prepared food to start the day slowly

  • 11:30 – Mindful Hike / Nature Excursion
    Exploring La Palma’s lush landscapes, forests, canyons or ocean paths

  • 16:00 – Free Time / Rest
    Time to relax, journal, swim, or simply be

  • 18:00 – Evening Practice (every second evening)
    Gentle yoga, meditation or sound healing

  • 19:30 – Dinner

Some days may include sound healing sessions, while one full day is dedicated to rest and integration.
